Terms and Conditions
1. Before buying from us, the buyer must studied and agreed all the terms and conditions
stated underneath. "Hong Kong Shop" reserves the right to take any legal action
against the buyer if this terms and policy is violated in due course.
2. “Hong Kong Shop” normally process all orders within 24-48 hrs after the receipt of
full payment. For compliance payment detail, please refer to our payment method
section.
3. All US buyers are free from any custom duty. However, buyers from all other
countries will respond for any brokerage fee, VAT, import duties and equivalent
arise for the sales transaction.
4. All sales are final upon the payment received by “Hong Kong Shop”. No refund will be
issued. For defective items, replacement and repair, please refer to our " Warranty
Terms” and "Return Policy" sections.
5 ”Hong Kong Shop’s” liability on each shipment ceases at the point of drop off or hand over
to the courier service. If the item is lost from this point afterwards, "Hong Kong Shop"
will not take any responsibility.
6. Buyer must check carefully the packing of all received products at sight of the
courier representative and make sure the packing are not damaged and there are
no missing accessories or parts. No claims can be made even for insured shipment
upon buyer had signed for receipt without checking carefully for any missing parts
or accessories or even missing mobile phone main body in the package.
Product Compatibility :
1. Buyer should be aware that network dependent features and firmware issues are not
covered by our warranty coverage. “Hong Kong Shop” does not respond for any network
dependent features and firmware related issue. Examples on network dependent features
are MMS/GPRS/WAP/SMS/Messaging/VoiceMail Indicator/ Data Transfer/Network
Frequency as well as any other device operations that have interaction with their
service providers. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the product’s compatibility
with their network operator / service provider. Any operation features on the
product which is not listed above will be determined by "Hong Kong Shop" whether it is
a network dependent feature. "Hong Kong Shop" has the right to make the final decision
on whether a feature is considered network dependent or not. "Hong Kong Shop" has the
right to make the final decision on whether an issue is firmware related or not.
2. All items offered in this website might not be manufactured intended for buyer’s country
or region who placing the bid. Therefore, the language specification on the device
and manual might or might not fully support the language of your desire. In the
event that an English manual is not available in the particular version that we
shipped out, Hong Kong Shop do not have the obligation to provide a copy of an English
manual to the buyer. However, we do try our best to provide printed English
manual in most cases. The product configuration and the related accessories might
not be suitable or compatible in buyer’s country or region. "Hong Kong Shop" will not be
responsible for any compatibility of the product and its’ accessories in buyer’s
region or country.
3. No exchange will be granted on language version, firmware version and color choices.
For mobile phone purchase, the keypad will support both alphabetic and numeric character.
However, some versions or models possess additional language characters. These could be
in Chinese, Arabic, or some other languages. Unless the buyer has specified their preference
in their payment, otherwise "Hong Kong Shop" ship it at a random basis. It is the buyer’s
responsibility to ensure their email reaches “Hong Kong Shop”.
Warranty Terms :
1. A seven days warranty is granted to the mobile phones purchase offered by “Hong Kong Shop”
in this website. No additional manufacture warranty presented unless it is stated in the offer.
2. The warranty offered is limited to the faults described below. DOA –Dead on Arrival implies that
the product either cannot be turned on or be ready in use after taking out from the box. Buyer
must report this situation to the seller within 24 hours upon the item is delivered. If the item is
not tested or examined by the buyer within the first 24 hours after the good is received, DOA
returned policy would not be granted to the buyer. No further exception will be considered about
the time issue. The 24 hours period starts at the item shows "delivered" from the courier service’s
tracking system. Replacement will be made on "DOA" item.
3. In the event that a replacement cannot be made due to product availability or any other reasons,
"Hong Kong Shop" will repair the product for the buyer. A repair order may take up to 14 business
days or even longer starting from the day when "Hong Kong Shop" received the defective unit.
"Hong Kong Shop" has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair
process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.
4. Each mobile phone is undertaking by seven-day warranty repair coverage. Only permanent fault that
can be easily identified on every usage or access on that feature will be coved. The fault that described
by the buyer MUST not be an intermittent problem. "Hong Kong Shop" has the right to make the final
decision on whether the issue pointed out is considered permanent defects or not. "Hong Kong Shop"
has the right to make the final decision on whether a repair process should be issued under any
circumstances or situation. Neither network dependent features nor firmware related issues will be
covered by our warranty repair coverage, regardless the problem is permanent or not. Please refer to
our product compatibility section regarding on the description of network dependent features.
"Hong Kong Shop" has the right to make the final decision on whether a repair process should
be issued under any circumstances or situation.
5. "Hong Kong Shop" reserves the final rights to approve any DOA replacement or a warranty coverage
repair under any circumstances. “Hong Kong Shop” also has the right to make the final decision on
whether the issue pointed out by the buyer is considered a defect or not. In the event that a replacement
or repair is not granted to the buyer, the buyer will have to find their own repair source and is responsible
for all the related cost and expenses.
6. All shipping and handling charges on replacement or repairing are on buyer’s account. Buyers are
responsible for all cost including but not limited to shipping cost or duties if any of sending back the
defective item to “Hong Kong Shop” and getting back the replacement unit or repaired unit.
Return Policy :
1. All return product is subject to the approval by “Hong Kong Shop”. Returned items without an approval
RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from “Hong Kong Shop” will not be processed. Any
shipping and handling expenses result on those returns without approval will be responsible by the
buyer. Legal action will be taken if buyer refused to be responsible on these charges along with the
cost of any legal expenses occurred.
2. “Hong Kong Shop” will examine and test for the defective claim that was made by the buyer upon receiving
the said item. Unless “Hong Kong Shop” can reproduce the same fault indicated by the buyer, otherwise
the return will not be accepted. In the event of returning the product, buyer is fully responsible for the
product’s safety return to us. Item must be received within 7 days after the issue of RMA.
3. The return merchandize should include the RMA number that was issued by “Hong Kong Shop”,
buyer’s ID, item number, full name, shipping address, contact phone number, and the reason for return.
All accessories and manual must also be included inside the package as it was originally received by the
buyer. Return merchandize should be double boxed and well packed. Any missing parts, damaged items
or inappropriate information will not be accepted.
4. Any unidentified return which is aged over 14 days, ”Hong Kong Shop” will have the right to dispose such
item without notifying the buyer. No replacement will be issued on those unidentified return once it has
been disposed.
Seller's Liability :
1. “Hong Kong Shop” will not be liable for any personal injury, physical injury, and damage
caused by the product sold in this website. For safety handling and operation on
the product, please consult instruction manual comes along or contact
manufacture directly. Any recall on product by manufacture will not be handled
through “Hong Kong Shop”. Buyers should contact the manufacturer directly for any
related questions or inquiries.
2. "Hong Kong Shop" do not have any obligations in providing any technical support on the
auctioned product. Please contact the manufacturer or your service provider
direct for technical and product assistance.
3. Any transaction dispute between "Hong Kong Shop" and the "buyer" will be made and
